V tomto článku si prejdeme zopár termínov, ktoré sa môžu vyskytnúť v súdnom preklade, bude to vždy anglický výraz, jeho definícia v angličtina a potom slovenský preklad.
Adjourn – defer or postpone a court event on another day.

Filing – the procedure of lodging a document at a family law registry for placing on the court file.

Nullity – the legal invalidation of a marriage.
Neplatnosť
Proof – evidence that tends to establish the existence or truth of a fact at issue in a case.
Dôkaz
Testimony – evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials, before grand juries, or durng administrative proceedings.
